Exitium Vitae is a mod centered around a new rarity drop system. It is rather early in development, but currently adds:

This mod allow you to attack and kill the angler with any weapons.
The Angler will also be attacked by other town npcs.

The Starfall mod is made by The Szlachta Team that is basically a better version of the Tonks mod that adds new weapons, ores, items etc.

This mod adds Roland's Black Glove from Library of Ruina,

You can get it with a new player named Roland or Black Silence.
Some secret effects require special name to trigger.

Instant Respawn, but with Full Health TM is all about not smashing your keyboard when you die in Terraria. By using extra industrial technology, you will also respawn with full health when you die, preventing more keyboard smashing. (And possibly your monitor!)

TL;DR: Instant Respawn and Full Health when you respawn.

A simple mod that gives the player the option to disable enemies placing blocks (Snow Ballas, Antlions).
Also allows the player to disable the Sandgun from placing blocks and to disable Tombstones from being created.

Players can choose to make affected behaviours work as they do in vanilla (placing a block), drop the corresponding item, or simply vanish.
