BetaTestingMod is a Mod made by Pedguinarmy12 & CrypticCode, made for the sole purpose of learning how to code and learn the basics of modding. Hello! this mod plans to add some items from various different games/media into terraria!



Plans to add:

A new shield

A new pair of wings

Items from EtG, R0R2, TF2, GTA Online, Cod MW

Misc. inside jokes


Update 1.0.2 - Added a new gun

Hammerhead - i love broken sprites (crafted with a megashark and iron/lead)


Update 1.0.1 - Added a new melee weapon

Highlander - 4th class tf2 (crafted with souls of sight and iron bars)




Release - Added 3 new weapons

Momentary Bliss - Sword that deals ranged damage (crafted with luminite bars)

Phantoms Tears - Just a regular bow (crafted with gold bars)

Thompson - Based off the real Thompson SMG/ Tommy Gun. capable of taking down DoG (crafted with luminite and Vortex fragments)

Elemental Sword Mod adding a sword, that deal 3000 damage and more items coming soon!

Celestial Progression is a mod that was made due to Celestial related things only being in one part of the game.
So the hope for this mod is to add in Celestial related things throughout an entire playthrough.

This is the first offical version of this mod, this mod is far from complete and it will be a while before it is finished.

So far this mod has:
1 early pre-hardmode boss
28 obtainable items, 9 of them being weapons, 5 armor pieces (All but Summoner), 2 accessories
4 unobtainable items (made for future use/special requests)

Update Content:
2 weapons and an accessory made from the ideas of 3 people in the Radium Discord Server.
Resprites for the Cosmonite Bar(Formerly know as Lesser Celestial Bar), Molten Scale, Celestial Scale, and Molten Celestus (Formerly known as Celestial Infused Molten Scale).
All Resprites made by, Fluns #0097 on discord.

These might be a bit OP, but honestly, who's gonna judge us?

The sprites/sounds are low-effort. I'm not a great artist, nor a great coder. Credits to the original assets go to MrPlague, the death sound comes from Fallout 4.

I recently fixed up some of the poorly written stuff, but there's a couple of things I wanted to write here for posterity.

Update 0.1.2 Changelog:
☢ Added Mod of Redemption interaction (Deathclaws are now immune to radiation!). Note, you don't need Mod of Redemption to play a Deathclaw. This is just a nice bonus if you do.
☢ Reduced the rate of spawns (the thing used in the tooltip mentioning the difficulty is increased if you play deathclaws).
☢ Removed some salt.
