Major Brain of Confusion Rework

This is a side mod to TCE, the Poison Class Mod. It originally was planned to be a part of TCE's version 0.2, however, between time constraints and issues of where it fits, it was instead turned into a side mod. This mod isn't required to play TCE or play with TCE. It will simply have cross-mod content that allows for players to play with more options. Poison as a class is very unique in that damage isn't immediate. The class functions by having damage be slowly applied to enemies over time. This makes it all about keeping the damage running throughout the fights you have and mixing types of Poisons for maximal effect. It should make for a nice challenge class that requires patience and skill to make it viable.

Terraria Overload for now adds 2 new weapons called Dartshot and DartSniper They're post-plantera upgrades to the dart pistol and dart rifle.
Update 0.4: Re-Added Shoomite Helm.

Makes bee projectiles use local NPC immunity.
Now you can pulverize WoF with Beenades easier.
