This is a mod that aims to add a variety of guitar-based weapons to the world of Terraria!

It currently adds 17 weapons which span multiple areas of progression, from early game to endgame.


Please note that I am by no means a programmer/coder and this is my first attempt at ever making a mod or experimenting with code.
As a result, some things may be rough around the edges. I'm hoping that by making this mod I can aim to improve my programming and spriting skills.

The Soulfire mod adds new weapons, enemies, accessories, and more! The mod is still a huge work in progress. I intend to add bosses and a lot more stuff than what is currently here. Currently adds a workstation, 4 materials, 2 new armor sets, 10 new enemies, a few new accessories, and a handful new weapons. Hope you enjoy! Adds an accessory called Cave Diver Amulet, which is upgradeable and gives players an easier time diving underground.
In order to craft and upgrade it you'll need a workbench.

Cave Diver Amulet mats: 25 Stone Blocks plus 5 Torches.
Grants light and a sprint.

Agile Cave Diver Amulet mats: Previous version plus 25 Cobwebs.
All the previous benefits, plus the ability todash, dodge attacks, double jump, stick to walls, swim, and extends underwater breathing.

Insightful Cave Diver Amulet mats: Previous version plus 25 Marble.
All the previous benefits, and allows you to see nearby treasure, traps, and enemies.

Indestructible Cave Diver Amulet mats: Previous version plus 25 Obsidian Bricks.
All the previous benefits, plus reduces damage taken proportional to missing health, going critical on very low health and giving invisibility and immunity to damage over time. Also grants immunity to lava, knockback, and negates fall damage.

This is a very basic mod inspired by a joke idea Reddit user Okthenlol1 had.

It currently only adds 1 new weapon, The Copper Longsword, which can be created at an anvil for 250 copper bars. The sword has very low speed and knockback, however it has an extremely large range and decent damage.

There are currently some hitbox issues, however I may try to fix them in the future.
