use /cleartarget to reset the dummy

The Mod Thats Chaos adds more TOOLS and WEAPONS to Terraria, as well as some other things.

Just ducking around... (this mod is purely for experimentation)

Recent Changes:

- Moved a bunch of code around (all crafting recipes in ModItem file now)
- Fixed some item drops
- Added Destroyer item
- No crafting recipe ATM
- Spawns sticky bombs on contact
- Definitely not a beyblade
