Description
As you progress through the game the enemies you also get harder so you don't shrek them instantly (unless you have the Soul of Eternity, then they're always toast)

changelog v2.0: Added more configuration to determine the the kind of scaling including (by stats I mean damage and max life):
- Equipment Scaling: The stronger your gear the stronger the enemies.
- Boss Kill Count: Bosses you killed first are scaled more than the latter bosses.
- Strongest Enemy Stats: All enemies will share the exact same stats as the strongest enemy you've killed.
(May not be exact because of other mods modifying the same enemy)
- MAXIMUMATTACC: all bosses health and/or damage is the 32-bit integer limit.

- Only Scale Bosses
- Disable the scaling of damage, max life or neither
