Description: Introducing a new Town NPC to Terraria : The Picklock

The Picklock will move in once the player has a safe in their inventory.
The Picklock Sells Golden Keys and Shadow Keys.
Once in Hardmode, The Picklock sells Keys of Night and Light.
Post Plantera He will start selling Biome Keys (5 Platinum Coins)
