The mod currently adds:

1 Boss(and boss related items, ex. trophy)
3 Swords
1 Bow
3 Guns(That fire a special type of ammo)
1 new type of ammo(for the guns)
1 crafting station
1 explosive
1 magic throwing weapon
1 expert mode loot bag(from the boss)
1 pet
2 crafting materials
3 accessory

There is now also a way to craft glowing mushrooms and blowpipes.
