UPDATE Version 1.1:
- Added mod config to enable/disable each AI replacement
- When angered, overhauled critters now become a chaotic neutral party that attack both enemies and town npcs alike
- Overhauled Jellyfish now produce light and are affected by gravity when bouncing out of water
- Overhauled Granite elementals are no longer affected by gravity when bouncing
- Overhauled Jellyfish and Granite elementals now gain 9999 defense while bouncing

Everyone hates fighter AI, so I've replaced it, as well as various other b o r i n g vanilla AIs with totally superior Joostmod NPC AIs!
Here's the list of every exquisite AI replacement!

Slime AI -> Pinkzor AI (they get a big jump)

Fighter AI -> Cactuar AI
Flying AI -> Air Elemental AI

'The' Fixer

Changes the way the game renders the tooltips for items starting with the word "The".
There are two modes you can choose from in the console:

Mode 0 will replace "The" with the item's prefix, if it has one.
"Legendary The Axe" is now shown as "Legendary Axe".

Mode 1 will move "The" to the front of the item's name.
"Legendary The Axe" becomes "The Legendary Axe".

Note that this does not effect the name of the weapon as shown at the top left.

This is a very basic mod for a very specific server. It adds and removes certain recipes.
Those recipes are:

- Most Calamity shrine items
- Murasama, Terminus, and the Dragon Scales
- Removed recipes for Item Frame and Weapon Rack
- Recipes listed in the changelog below

I wouldn't recommend using this unless you need these EXACT changes.

- It now takes 1/4 the time to respawn! (Inspired by ShorterRespawnTime)
- The Mod will be renamed to Nathan's Tweaks

Better Start adds the ability to craft that useless Copper Shortsword of yours into a different weapon depending on how you are going to play (Mage, Ranger, etc.)

All you need to do is craft a workbench, then you can proceed to craft your Shortsword into a... Copper Broadsword (Melee), Copper Bow (Ranger), Amethyst Staff (Mage), Slime Staff (Summoner), or 900 Throwing Knives (Throwers)!

Enjoy!

Removed the 3 items because they were useless.
Added in a secret item for cheaters ;)

Solo Ion

Ever wanted to pilot an armed drone and take down your enemies from afar? Well, with this mod and an XBox 360 controller, you can. Plug in a XBOX 360 controller (or emulate a non-XBOX controller... visit this mods webpage for more info), craft the item 'Drone Controller' from Iron and Wire at a work bench, equip it to an accessory slot and your ready to take down enemies from afar.

Fore more fun, hand the controller to a friend and have them pilot the drone while you play like a Boss!

Craft the Drone Controller at a work bench from Iron/Lead and wire. Equip it to an accessory slot to spawn a drone. Pilot with the left stick and shoot with the right. Fire a grenaide with the right shoulder button and enter/exit autopilot mode with start.

NOTE: since the 1.3.1 update, this will only work if you have TWO controllers connected. Controller 1 is for playing Terraria normally and controller 2 controlls the drone.

Updated to new tmodloader. New players get a crafting wand. When you get a new weapon, in backpack hold the wand and right click on the weapon of choice, and it adds the "crafted" tag, so it can be improved.

New weapon, made with a long sword or iron bars, and gemstones. Made WeaponMaster advance a little faster.

Starter Weapons has several new early game normal weapons, for start inventory. New graphics. Will add to them, and upgrade them with updates. Added a starter wand. And now a leather helm and a battle torch.
Sling Shot. Needs testing.

v3- Made leather easier to attain. Biggest change, instead of getting a starter weapon, you get a voucher you craft into your weapon. This way you get to use the Weapon Mastery with it.

Magic Mastery complete. Wands and staves that you craft now have Mastery.

Range Mastery complete. Bows and other ranged items you craft how have Mastery.

Next update, I am going to work on a magic bonus for weapons. +1, up to +5. These bonuses will be crafteable, useing stars and hearts. AFter that, I'm going to make found weapons destructable, with gems coming from them, to upgrade your crafted weapon with. For example, you have a crafte long sword. You found a cutlass. You destroy the cutlass and get a gem of autoswing that you can upgrade your long sword with. Ice Blade would give the ice bolt ability to your long sword. etc.

Update 1.3: Catch Bunnies to make leather, turn leather into leather armor.
Turn a lot of stone into brass bars. Turn Leather armor and brass bars into scale mail.
1.4 Holy water and altar. The altar is made with 2 candles and a workbench. The holy water requires 1 bottled water and the altar nearby.
1.5 Altar can be made with candles or platinum candles.
1.6 wood and Brass Plating for weapons. Made in sawmills and anvils. While holding the plating, right click on a weapon that does melee damage. The wood plating can cause splinters in the enemy, but too many times, and the plating will break.
2.0 Mushroom coating made at a table will cover your weapon in a temporary poison.
2.3 updated to 10. Coating doesn't do anything right now. Hero from the villagers mod will sell these. And the halfling will sell slingshots.
2.4 Plating works now, will add new plating types soon.
2.6 Natural series platings and coatings completed. The bars are made on Heavy Workbenches.

Haku

Adds some special tools for mechanics:
- Spark Wrench (Activates wires directly, so you don't need switches. Activating a wire ontop of a torch or lamp will not change its state, but the wire will still be tripped.)
- Frame Wrench (Like the spark wrench but for a single tile.)
- Light Wrench (Places invisible light sources which become visible when activated with a wire.)
- Bag of Wires (An infinite supply of wires.)

Adds two enemies to provide logic gates before the steampunker arrives:
- T flip-flop
- D flip-flop

Adds pistons to move blocks around with:
- Normal pistons (push blocks 1 tile, bounces players, npcs, and projectiles)
- Spiked pistons (push blocks 1 tile, and can pull blocks back 1 tile, damages players and npc, bounces projectiles)
- Long pistons (can push blocks an infinite distance, and can pull blocks back, bounces players, npcs, and projectiles)
- Static variants (same as regular pistons except players, npcs, and projectiles are not affected - reducing lag significantly. Tiles will not update.)

Information on pistons:
- Sprites designed by Orion (thank you!)
- Pistons do not work in multiplayer.
- All pistons are instant, this means they can extend and retract more than once per tick.
- Pistons will push the player, if the player is pushed by two pistons at once the velocity added will be doubled.
- A piston can extend and retract more than once per tick in order to increase the velocity further.
- Pistons will push wires, tiles, liquids, and walls. A wall can only be pushed if it has a wire or a tile placed on it, this is the same for liquids.
- If a piston tries to push too many blocks, the last block will be broken to make a space for the other ones to move into.
- If a piston tries to pull too many blocks, the last block will be ignored and won't move.
- All blocks can be broken, if you use pistons to break into the lihzahrd temple early or mine late-game ore, that is your choice.
- The strength of each piston type can be altered in the config file, 7 is recommended.

Note:
- If you are looking for animated, more decorative pistons for doors and other things, take a look at Project_Logic from Rartrin. (Not fully implemented)

Disable Spreading

Merderan

Monster Tamer Mod allows you to capture monsters by using a 'Taming Net'.

1) Craft a wooden taming net at work bench with 10 woods.
2) Find a monster.
3) Decrease its HP below 10%.
4) Hit with the taming net. You will catch it if you are lucky.

To craft a better taming net: Wood (8) + Any Bar (8) at Anvil

When you hit a monster with a taming net, you learn if you can catch it or not.

A captured monster becomes an item in your inventory in the shape of a spell tome.

You can summon the monster by using the item. The summon duration is 5 minute.

You can extend the duration by re-using the item (if you had more than one).

You can unsummon monsters by removing the corresponding buffs at top left corner (by right-clicking on them).

Each summoned monster occupies 1 minion slot.

You can summon a monster multiple times.
