0.1.0.8 - Added Nova Hawk and Big Bang Sprite Update (last time but actually hopefully this time)

Adds in my custom weapon, the Chain Maelstrom. Has 2 toggleable modes, Homing and Maelstrom, both with devastating effects. Also adds in the Plague Doctor armor set, with two toggleable buffs.

Adds in a new weapon line of Acorn firing guns: The Nut Blasters. Additionally, it adds Nut boosting accessories. Have fun with your Nut Busting build!

Snowglobe turns the world into a winter wonderland.
Your route through the game may change due to the changes. Oh well!

Notable changes:
- Most stone-based tiles are now ice
- Most softer tiles are snow
- Certain tiles are replaced with breakable ice
- All water pools are iced over
- The Traveling Merchant will sell now-rare tiles
- Hell is frozen over
- The jungle is blue and has some permafrost
- Ice Furnaces are craftable due to lack of stone
- Deserts are now just oceans of slush
