The Randomizer mod is a purely asthetic mod that randomizes all vanilla items textures.
But wait! There's more!
It also randomizes names, and not just item names. It does just about every text in the game.
And if you download this in the next long.MaxValue seconds, we'll also throw in a free Tile and Liquid Randomizer too! WOW!

On a more serious note, this mod randomize a lot of textures. Projectile and npc swapping is indev atm but if you do see them, they might be glitchy.
In terms of making the tiles work, currently, a tile's texture is only loaded in once it is needed to display in the world.
That said, if you simply load Randomizer with out being on any world prior or if you've only viewed a few tiles so far, there won't be many tiles that can be randomized.
I'll work on setting up an efficent way around for the future. Until then, I recommend jumping into a world where you have a lot of tiles/stuff and running around for a minute, then leaving out and clicking the "Reload Mods" button, and then going back into whatever world you want.
This is only for tiles though so items will be fine regardless.
