You get the best forge on your first reforge. Depending on if it's a tool, specific weapon type or accessory. If there are more than one best reforge type, than a random type reforge of the best reforges will be chosen.

If you're playing in a normal world, the first time you fight a particular boss it will be in normal mode. The second time you fight that boss, it will be in expert mode. (This means that the boss will now have expert health and expert drops)

Hatred Arrows is a simple mod that adds a special new arrow type called Hatred Arrows, as well as the Hatred Bow.

The arrows home in on enemies with a high velocity and can be crafted with 150 regular arrows, 5 Souls of Fright, and 5 Souls of Night, producing 150 Hatred Arrows.

The Hatred Bow (when used with the Hatred Arrows) will launch 2 to 6 of them in a single burst. This can be crafted with 12 Hallowed Bars, 6 Souls of Fright, and 6 Souls of Night.

Both require Mythril/Orichalcum anvils.
