Extreme Terraria is a mod aimed at making the Terraria experience harder without making it hard by just increasing enemy damage/health (although it does do that under specific circumstances).

Full feature list:

-Enemies have a 1/20 chance to become cursed whenever they spawn. Increasing their maximum health by 10x its base, and damage by 4x its base. Cursed enemies will be red and emit red particles.
-Magic Mirror (and other recall items besides Recall Potions) take some time before they teleport you. They also require 200 mana to use.
-Recall Potions inflict Potion Sickness for 60 seconds, take longer to use, and cannot be used when under the effects of potion sickness.

More changes are to come in the future. The mod's Discord server has a suggestions channel if you are interested in posting suggestions there.

This mod aims to annoy you by telling you whenever you kill something!

Everytime you kill something, it will give you a message that goes like this: "You killed something in the(insert biome)"

The current biomes supported are:

Changes your team every time you join a multiplayer world.

Configure the team you join via the config in <TERRARIA FOLDER>/ModLoader/Mod Configs/AutoTeamJoin.json. Valid teams are: "red", "green", "blue", "yellow", and "purple" (case independent). Anything else will result in not joining a team.

Universe of Worms is a mod that adds lots of worms, worm themed items, more "terra" items.

You know, the newer Calamity sprites are awesome looking, but I sometimes miss the look the mod used to have.
And since I doubt anyone wil ever bring it back, guess I'll do it myself.

This mod aims at re-adding old armor, wings and accessories designs as vanity items and sets; Weapons and summons are also affected (STILL W.I.P)!

None of the changes should be affecting gameplay in any way, shape or form. (weapons could however be a lil' smaller, which could affect their hitboxes, but damage, effects... are not edited);

Note : This mod is NOT a replacement for Calamity's Vanities at all.
In fact, I recommend using both if you want some more vanity, as far as I'm concerned, none of the two mods should clash with each other.
Also, once you crafted a vanity variant, you cannot get the normal variant back, so be careful with your items.

Dryad will sell herb bags, life fruits(after any mechanical boss is defeated) and chlorophite ore(after all 3 mechanical bosses are defeated).

A basic mod which adds an item capable of showing useful info about your characters stats.

Stats shown:
1. Melee Dmg/Crit chance
2. Ranged Dmg/Crit chance
3. Magic Dmg/Crit chance

5. Summoner damage boost
6. Movement speed boost
7. Life regen (updates based on if you're moving or standing still)
8. Mana regen (vanilla has only one mana regen item and it will show its max amount of regen)

Inspired by the plethora of multipurpose tools in various Minecraft mods."> All-in-One Tools adds a new class of tools, all-in-one tools (henceforth known as AIOTs).

These handy bois function as a pickaxe axe normally but can be swapped into a hammer on right click, and vice versa.
As a result, you are saved an additional hotbar slot for weapons and whatnot. Use your imagination.

Nine tiers of AIOT are added, from Copper tier all the way to Post-ML for Calamity.

In terms of progression, AIOTs are also a bit easier to get compared to the comparable vanilla tool so you can get past the monotony of mining a bit quicker.
Higher tier AIOTs also pack a punch and can be used as servicable weapons.

Nobody knows exactly what it is, yet it become more prevalent as you progress through the mod.
